학생들은 총 2.5년간 Room Division과 Reception, 그리고 Restaurant Operation 등 호스피탈리티 실무과정에서부터 호텔 경영관리에 관한 이론적인 교과 과정들을 배웁니다. 학교에서 이론과 실무를 집중적으로 공부하고 2학기와 5학기 때는 수준급의 다양한 호스피탈리티 업계에서 인턴십을 하게 됩니다. 과정 이수 후 레로쉬 글로벌 캠퍼스인 스위스 Bluche 또는 스페인 Marbella 로 진학하여 글로벌 호스피탈리티 경영학 (BBA in Global Hospitality Management) 학사 학위를 취득 할 수 있습니다.

SEMESTER 1
Your first semester prepares you to successfully fulfill functions of various front-of-house departments in international restaurants or hotels.

  • Catering and Banquets Operations
  • Cleaning Science and Stewarding
  • Principles of Bar and Beverage Operations
  • Fine Dining, Casual and Fast Food Operations
  • Rooms Division Operations
  • Introduction to the World of Hospitality
  • Mathematics and Applied IT
  • English or another language course (Mandarin, French or Spanish)
SEMESTER 2

This semester of study builds on the skills that you have already developed by preparing you to fulfill duties of various back-of-house departments, such as:

  • Catering and Banquets Operations
  • Pastry and Bakery Operations
  • Fine Dining, Casual and Fast Food Operations
  • Hospitality Financial Accounting and Control
  • Rooms Division Administration
  • Scientific Principles of Human Nutrition and Food
  • Introduction to Psychology
  • Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
  • Advanced Writing Skills/Effective Communication
  • Language course: Cross-Cultural Understanding and Mandarin, French or Spanish
SEMESTER 3 : INTERNSHIP
For this first internship, you will put into practice the basics you have learned during the program on campus. This professional experience also gives you an opportunity to explore your career goals.
SEMESTER 4
This final semester of hotel management courses will prepare you to fulfill the managerial functions of the principal departments of a hotel or restaurant:

  • Rooms Division Management
  • Food and Beverage Management
  • Facilities Management
  • Hospitality Managerial Accounting
  • Hospitality Human Resources
  • Hospitality Marketing
  • Economics
  • Language course: Cross-Cultural Understanding and Mandarin, French or Spanish
SEMESTER 5 : INTERNSHIP
The aim of the second internship is to allow you to develop your understanding of management roles within the hospitality workplace. Students who successfully complete this program can either start their career at this point or continue towards the Bachelor Degree.
